Knowledge Internet Service Provider (KISP)

If an ISP provides Internet access, a KISP provides specific data to learners. In this case, an ISP would be evolving into not just an internet provider but also a knowlegde service provider. The system of collating, organizing, filtering the knowlegde, and delivering the knowledge are some of the critical issues that needs to be addressed in a KISP network. Distance learning systems can be considered as KISP networks.
